Product description
A Tale of Tokyo, the latest work from Dr Bill Lumsden, creative director of Glenmorangie, debuts in summer 2023.
Mr. Lumsden has travelled the world promoting Glenmorangie whisky and admits that Tokyo is one of his favourite cities. This 14 million-strong metropolis, where the noise of the streets is lost in the soothing gardens and history collides with modernity, offers visitors a wealth of unforgettable experiences. The multi-faceted nature of the city is reflected in Bill Lumsden’s Tokyo Story, which has partly finished his whisky aged in bourbon and sherry casks in Mizunara, the first Glenmorangie to use this type of oak. The icing on the cake is the presentation of an edition by Japanese artist Yamaguchi Akira, famous for his “bird’s eye view” illustrations.
