- Ledaig is one of two single malts produced at the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull.
Product description
Ledaig is one of two single malts produced at the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull.
Since 1993, "unpeated" whisky has been bottled as Tobermory, while Ledaig is a spirit distilled from barley malt with a phenol concentration of 35-40 ppm. Each year, less than 400,000 liters of peated distillate flow from the distillery stills, which is why the supply of this single malt is extremely limited. Here we present one of the last editions of Ledaig from autumn 2022. The whisky distilled in 2012 was aged for almost a decade exclusively in red Bordeaux barrels. This is a cask strength edition bottled at 56.8% abv, without chill filtration and with a natural color.
