Product description
Hermitage Cognacs Company was founded by David Baker in 1987.
The company offers the finest cognacs, thanks to distillers, cellar masters and families who have perfected these great cognacs over the centuries. Hermitage is dedicated to ferreting out rare, single estate cognacs from under-the-radar producers. The company is located in Bath and Segonzac, the latter being in the center of Grande Champagne, and mainly buys from that cru (around 80% of the range comes from Grande Champagne). The remaining part of eaux de vie is sourced from Petite Champagne and Borderies crus. Hermitage cognacs are cut to the bottling proof with distilled water. The 1993 Vintage expression is produced from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the very center of Grande Champagne cru.
