Product description
M&H (Milk & Honey) Distillery, an investment by Gala and Lital Kalkshtein, was established in 2013.
The plant is based in Tel Aviv and is the first Israeli producer of whiskey (kosher, of course). Its production capacity is less than 800,000 liters of distillate per year and is currently used at 25%. M&H Young Single Malt The Last One is a blend of distillates aged in bourbon barrels and so-called STR casks (red wine barrels, after scraping the insides, re-toasted and charred) for about a year. The drink was bottled on May 5, 2019 in an edition of 4,000 bottles.
