The word "Hibiki" translates from Japanese to "resonance" (or "echo").

Hibiki Whisky debuted in 1989 on the occasion of Suntory's 60th anniversary and is a manifesto of the company's philosophy, promoting life in harmony with nature and people. In the new millennium, Hibiki is one of the most sought-after blended whiskies in the world, appreciated by connoisseurs and collectors, and also one of the most frequently awarded in international competitions. Its formula is made up of single malts Yamazaki and Hakushu and single grain Chita. The creator of Hibiki Blossom Harmony is Suntory's blending master, Shinji Fukuyo. The 2022 edition presented here was finished in Japanese cherry barrels. Hibiki whiskies are presented in bottles with 24 walls symbolizing 24 hours.

Aroma: cherry blossoms, dry rose petals, a touch of lavender, lychee, acacia honey, mocha, sandalwood, traces of forest floor and a fleeting hint of smoke.

Palate : subtle and beautifully balanced, candied orange peel, honeydew melon, plums, white chocolate, a touch of oak tannins and a trace of smoke in the background.

Finish : long and full, with notes of tropical fruits, honey, vanilla, cocoa, oak tannins and delicate smoke.
