Product description
The Walcher Estate Distillery was built in 1966 by Alfons Walcher, a member of a family of nine generations who have been involved in distilling.
The company is based in South Tyrol, where there are perfect climatic conditions guaranteeing 280 days of sunshine a year, surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Its offer includes brandies, liqueurs, grappa, aperitifs and gin. Walcher Paradiso brandy is distilled from local grapes in a traditional still and aged in French oak barrique barrels for more than three years. Before bottling, the drink is diluted to 40% abv with mountain water from the Italian Dolomites.
