Product description
The Links series is the brainchild of Bruichladdich master distiller Jim McEwan, whose life is filled with two passions – whisky and golf.
The series debuted in 2003 with the edition presented here, 'The Old Course St. Andrews', and each subsequent one was dedicated to a different famous golf club. The labels, as well as the metal cases, were decorated with elements of their images painted by Graham W. Baxter, an artist specializing in golf themes. The whiskies used in the first edition were aged for at least 14 years in refill Spanish oak barrels. 12,000 bottles were released.
