Product description
Premier Barrel Selection from the Douglas Laing & Co. portfolio is one of the most impressively packaged whisky lines.
It comes to market in old-fashioned stoneware decanters, always accompanied by a short stanza referring to the whisky in question, expressed through alliteration. All the whiskies in the Premier Barrel series are bottled naturally and without chill filtration at 46% abv. The Fettercairn 10 year old presented here is a hogshead-aged whisky bottled for Father’s Day. The edition consisted of 430 bottles (or rather stoneware). Fettercairn Distillery is based in the Eastern Highlands, and the single malt there is a key component in Whyte & Mackay blends.
