Cucielo is a truly Italian vermouth, of the highest quality. The inspiration for the creation of the brand was... the cuckoo, or more precisely, its migration routes, during which it covers thousands of miles a year, from the warm coast of Africa to the northern regions of Scotland, where it spends the summer. Returning home, cuckoos cover the entire length of Italy, bringing with them Mediterranean aromas, which they take with them all the way to central Africa. The branding of the brand, on the other hand, was inspired by the 1930s, when vermouths experienced their golden years. The swallow that appears in the brand's image is to represent fun, travel and freedom, while also being a symbol of strength and pride.

Vermouth is produced using carefully selected grapes, which give it its unique flavor. Trebbiano D'Arbuzzo grapes create a light, delicate wine with notes of orchard, white flowers and chamomile. Grillo and Ansonica grapes are fresh, light, giving the wine fruity notes, with an aftertaste of apple and lemon.

Cucielo meets all the conditions for using the reserved name Vermouth Di Torino and has the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) certification. The name "Vermouth Di Torino" has been recognized and registered by EU law since May 2017, which aims to ensure the highest quality and originality of the product's origin.

Nose: Crisp green apple, white elderberry and vanilla; delicate floral and herbaceous notes; full, deep notes of bitter almond, cherry, orange and raisin.
