This exceptional dog always accompanies his owner to work and supposedly knows by heart all the cocktails prepared in the bar. Parson Sunny Gin

An incredibly fresh gin made in a typical summer character. Tropical fruits such as passion fruit, papaya and pineapple were added to juniper and coriander, which allowed to create a unique blend of flavors. On the nose it is very intense and aromatic, perfectly balanced with tropical notes and characteristic accents of gin, on the palate it has a sweet aftertaste, with a perfect balance between pineapple, passion fruit and papaya, and accents of juniper. The finish is long and incredibly fresh, with a lasting tropical aftertaste.

It tastes great served chilled, although its domain is primarily cocktails. It works well in compositions usually prepared with rum, where if we replace rum with gin we can create an amazing mix of flavors, such as Gina Colada or Hemingway Daiquiri.
