Product description
Founded in 1984, the Dugladze Winery quickly became the largest producer of alcoholic beverages in the former Soviet Union.
Its success is largely due to Dimitri Dugladze, a talented entrepreneur and wine specialist. After Georgia gained independence, the plant went through a difficult period, but new life was breathed into it by two sons, who founded a fully commercial enterprise in 2004. Dugladze Wine Company LLC was equipped with modern equipment from renowned world companies. That same year, the first batch of wines and spirits under the Dugladze brand set out to conquer world markets. In 2013, Dugladze took over the Vartzikhe plant, one of the most renowned producers of Georgian brandy, present on the market since 1908.
Dugladze Tbilisi 17 Years is a brandy created in 1958 to commemorate the 1500th anniversary of the founding of Tbilisi. The brandy was created on the basis of the highest quality grape varieties cultivated in the Kvareli and Gurjani zones.
