The densely populated, or as some would say, overpopulated world of whisky often looks for alternatives. Many enthusiasts of Scotch - and not only Scotch - whisky at some point in their interest in this drink reach for other, most often rum. It is from among whisky enthusiasts that many rum connoisseurs come, and some of them transform this new hobby into a business. This was the case with a group of Danes who were treated to excellent quality rum during a whisky festival in Scotland. The career of the Danish company 1423 World Class Spirits began in this way. First, there was a barrel of rum from Trinidad, number 1423, commemorated in the company's name. Quite quickly, it became one of the most recognized specialists in the field of selecting and bottling the highest quality rums. The SBS series is rum from single barrels, extremely short series, bottled in the most natural form.
