Product description
With sales of around 15 million bottles, Glenfiddich leads the sales statistics in the single malt category.
In 2022, the company proposed "The Perpetual Collection", four whiskies that are in constant motion in the production process. Their creation used the solera process typical of Spanish sherry producers. As early as 1998, Glenfiddich's master maltster, Dave Stewart, used it in the production of the legendary 15-year-old version. The solera vat is never completely emptied, after pouring off 30-50% of the content, it is immediately refilled with another batch of whisky. "The Perpetual Collection" consists of four whiskies, each blended using two types of casks. VAT 02, described by the producer as "rich and dark", is a blend of distillates aged in bourbon and sherry casks.
