Elvis Tiger Man Straight Tennessee Whiskey / 45% / 0.75l

Elvis Tennessee Whiskey is a product of Grain & Barrel Spirits, a company founded by Matti Anttila, a former investment banker, in 2013.

During a business trip to Brazil, Anttila sampled the local cachaça, which inspired him to change his profession. He soon introduced his own Cabana Cachaça to the market, followed by vodka, gin, bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey. The one presented here is dedicated to the king of rock & roll, also known as “Tiger Man, King of the Jungle”. Elvis Tennessee Whiskey is distilled from a mash of corn (80%), rye (10%) and malted barley (10%) at an undisclosed distillery in Tennessee. The whiskey matures for over two years.

Nose: buttered popcorn, vanilla ice cream, caramel, stewed apples, dried apricots, cinnamon, cloves and toasted oak.

Palate : caramel, vanilla, milkshake, sweet cereal, sugared peanuts, cornbread, allspice and oak.

Finish : medium long, with notes of cereal, vanilla, mixed nuts, a touch of kitchen spices and oak.
