Product description
M&H (Milk & Honey) Distillery was established in 2013 on the initiative of Gal and Lital Kalkshtein.
The plant is based in Tel Aviv and is the first Israeli producer of whiskey (kosher, of course). Its production capacity is 800,000 liters of distillate per year (currently used at 25%), and the initial production was supervised by Dr. James Swan, who died in 2017, one of the most distinguished independent master distillers. M&H whiskey is not usually offered by independent publishers, but every rule has its exceptions, and the edition presented here is one such. The whiskey, distilled on April 11, 2018, spent almost four years in barrel no. 2018-0944 from an undisclosed distillery based on the island of Islay, and was bottled by Polish publisher, Iconic Art Spirits on February 1, 2022, in an edition of 199 bottles.
