Product description
Douglas Laing & Co. was owned for over 40 years by brothers Fred and Stewart Laing.
In 2013, the brothers divided its assets and went into business for themselves. The Provenance series remained in the Douglas Laing & Co. portfolio, now owned by Fred. Early 2015 brought a change in the graphic design – while the previous presentation referred to the season, the current one emphasises the region in which the distillery is based. The Benrinnes presented here, distilled December 2013, spent over 8 years in a refill butt cask no. DL 15651. Bottled in March 2022 at 46% abv, natural colour and unchill-filtered in an edition of 878 bottles.
