Product description
Founded in 1983 in the small town of Katzrin, the winery has built a name for itself in the world of wine, with many international awards to prove it. The Golan Heights vineyard covers 15 plots, all located north of the Sea of Galilee, at an altitude of 400 to 1,100 meters above sea level. The total area of cultivation is around 600 hectares. The vineyards are located on volcanic soil, which is conducive to high-quality grapes, but at the same time, difficult climatic conditions require constant supervision so that the final product is of high quality. All production is carried out using modern, computer-controlled machines. Victor Schoenfeld's name is widely known in the wine world, so it is not surprising that these wines have also gained international fame.
Currently, the producer exports about 20% of the total production to over 25 countries in the world. The volume of production, innovative technology and quality make Golan Heights one of the most important wineries in Israel.
