Product description
In 2016, Brown-Forman Corporation acquired BenRiach Distillery Company, including the BenRiach, GlenDronach and GlenGlassaugh distilleries.
Brown-Forman has previously tried and failed to acquire John Dewar & Sons (1998) and Glenmorangie plc (2004), outbid in the former by Bacardi Ltd, and in the latter by Moët Hennessy.
