Product description
Glengoyne is undoubtedly one of Scotland's most unique distilleries.
“Highland Lane,” the historic boundary between the Lowlands and the Highlands, runs through the property and makes the whisky interregional – distilled in the Highlands and aged in the Lowlands. Glengoyne distills from malt that is completely free of phenols, which, along with the mild climate, gives the whisky a more “lowland” than “highland” character. The 10-year-old is one of the “friendliest” single malts on the market and a great introduction to the company’s offering. Around 20% of the spirits used in this edition come from sherry casks.
