Canerock is a spirit that we owe to the French company Maison Ferrand, known primarily as the selector and bottler of the Plantation rum series.

Maison Ferrand, itself a cognac producer, is famous for using cognac barrels to mature rums imported from all over the world.

Canerock Jamaica Rum is a spirit from Jamaica, from the Clarendon distillery, matured in American bourbon oak barrels, infused with Madagascar vanilla, Jamaican ginger and Caribbean coconuts. Part of the spirit prepared in this way undergoes additional maturation in Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels.

Color : mahogany

Aroma: Caramel, vanilla, fruits, coconuts, ginger, citrus, spices.

Taste: Sweet, notes of caramel, vanilla, allspice, cloves, coconut, spices, oak.

Finish : Long, spicy.
