Product description
In 2019, Whisky Advocate magazine named George Dickel 13 year old Tennessee Whisky Bottled-in-Bond the best whiskey of the year.
This was the greatest distinction for this whiskey, remember that for many years only two distilleries operated in the state of Tennessee and Dickel has always remained (and remains) in the shadow of Jack Daniel's. George Dickel whiskey is distilled from a mash consisting of 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley. Both producers use the charcoal mellowing method, but in a different way. While Jack Daniel's passes every drop of distillate through a 3-meter layer of maple charcoal, Dickel pours it into vats filled with charcoal for about a week. Both the Dickel brand and the Cascade Hollow distillery are currently owned by Diageo.

Finish : long, with notes of popcorn, vanilla, honey, fruit candy, cinnamon, leather and oak.
