Ahoi is the name of a restaurant located in Hamburg at Reeperbahn 157.

It offered Hanseatic specialties, as well as beer and good quality rum. Ahoi Rum (Spiced Spirit) was prepared especially for this restaurant by the German company Sankt Pauli Spirituosen, also from Hamburg. However, this rum enjoyed such great success that it almost immediately gained fame independently of the restaurant. However, the Ahoi restaurant did not withstand the challenges of recent years and was closed, and the company running it went bankrupt in 2020.

Ahoi Sankt Pauli Spiced Spirit with Rum is a molasses-based distillate seasoned with a top secret blend of spices.
