Product description
Spirits' Shop Selection was founded in 2014 by Eric Huang, Asia's leading whisky expert, collector and president of the Taiwan & Hong Kong Single Malt Whisky Association.
Each whisky release (usually single cask) carries a label promoting the work of local artists and highlighting Asian history and culture. The Dalmore on display here, distilled in 2009, was aged in hogshead cask no. 800158 (American oak) for around 10 years and bottled at 46.5% abv in 2019. The release consisted of 288 bottles and offers a rare opportunity to taste Dalmore without the influence of sherry and other fortified wines on its palette. With over a million bottles sold annually, Dalmore is the 16th most popular single malt.
