Lautoka Rum is produced in Fiji by Rum Co. of Fiji.

The brand's spirits are made in Fiji's only rum distillery, commonly known as the South Pacific Distillery. It is located in Lautoka on the island of Fiji and was launched in 1980.

Lautoka Dark Rum is a column distillation product, matured in American oak barrels for a minimum of 16 years. After this period, half of the batch was transferred to Muscat wine barrels for 6 months. After this additional maturation period, some of the distillates were re-blended with the half of the batch of rum that did not end up in wine barrels. In the bouquet, it offers notes of dried fruit and toasted oak.
