Product description
Douglas Laing & Co. was owned for over 40 years by brothers Fred and Stewart Laing.
In 2013, the brothers divided its assets and went into business for themselves. The Provenance series remained in the Douglas Laing & Co. portfolio, now owned by Fred. Early 2015 brought a change in the design – while the previous presentation referred to the season, the current one emphasises the region in which the distillery is based. The Jura presented here, distilled in May 2008, spent over 12 years in a refill hogshead cask no. DL 14553. Bottled in December 2020 at 46% abv, without added colouring and without chill filtration in an edition of 359 bottles.
