Product description
Glen Grant C&D (or Charles & Diana), Gordon & MacPhail's proposal from the summer of 1981, is an undisputed collector's rarity.
It was to celebrate the wedding of Charles, Prince of Wales, to Diana Spencer, and for this occasion Gordon & MacPhail, famous for similar commemorative editions, selected Glen Grant casks filled in the years of the young couple's birth, 1948 and 1961. In July 1981, the British people celebrated the wedding of the heir to the throne in a grand manner, and although the marriage ended tragically, the whisky presented here retains its collector's value.
