The Colours of Rum is a range of rums imported from around the world, primarily Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Barbados, Guyana, Trinidad and Martinique by Wealth Solutions and bottled under a common brand.
Wealth Solutions specializes in high-end alcohol, mainly whiskey, rum, cognac, both those bottled by itself, luxury spirits from other producers, and barrel investments. The company also deals with luxury watches and real estate.
Jamaica 1994 is a molasses rum, produced in 199 at the New Yarmouth Distillery in Jamaica. Distilled in a traditional pot still, it spent 25 years in a single American bourbon barrel, maturing in the tropical climate of Jamaica, then transported to Europe. Bottled in April 2021, without dilution, in a limited edition of 256 bottles.
Nose : Tropical fruits, orange peel, currants, coconut, vanilla, toasted oak.
Taste : Synthetic notes, tropical fruits, vanilla, mocha, citrus, chocolate, toffee, ginger, toasted oak, spices.
Finish : Long, notes of coffee, oak, a hint of iodine.
