Product description

Rum is rarely associated with this region of the world. The Kikusui sake distillery on Shikoku Island also produces rum.

It is a drink based on fresh sugar cane juice, coming from the oldest plantation in Japan. It is rum aged in oak barrels, but the producer does not disclose the maturation time, nor the size and type of barrels.

Aroma: Slightly reminiscent of sake, oak, spices, cedar incense.

Taste : Sugar cane, plant notes, herbs.

Finish: Medium long, herbal notes.
