The Legendario brand was founded in Havana, Cuba in 1946. It is one of those rum manufacturers who are striving at maintaining the legendary quality and style of Cuban rum, despite difficulties.

The rum is made from molasses and distilled in column stills. The original factory was located in the very centre of Havana, but it was moved to the suburbs in the 1970s. In the 1980s, the first experiments with making rum liqueurs began.

Legendario Aguardiente de Cana is a kind of brandy made from sugar cane syrup, made from the cane harvested on Cuban plantations. Perfect with ice, juices or fizzy drinks.
