Miltonduff 10-year-old (D.2009, B.2020) Provenance / 46%/ 0.7l
- Douglas Laing & Co., an independent bottling company, used to be run by two Laing brothers, Fred and Stewart.
Product description
Douglas Laing & Co. was owned for over 40 years by brothers Fred and Stewart Laing.
In 2013, the brothers split the assets and went into business for themselves. The Provenance series remained in the Douglas Laing & Co. portfolio, now owned by Fred. Early 2015 brought a change in the visuals – while the previous presentation referred to the season, the current one emphasises the region in which the distillery is based. The Miltonduff shown here, distilled July 2009, spent over a decade in a refill hogshead (DL 14008). Bottled in March 2020 without added colouring and without chill filtration in an edition of 424 bottles.
