Habitation Velier is a project created by the owner of the Italian company Velier, Luca Gargano, in cooperation with the best rum producers from around the world.

The pure single rum category is spirits produced exclusively in one distillery and not blended with products from others. Bottled in their most natural form, with a high alcohol content, they are spirits of exceptional quality and the best examples of sugar cane-based products.

Habitation Velier Privateer White New England Rum is a spirit from the Privateer distillery, located in Ipswich, Massachusetts. It is a rum made on the basis of molasses from Guatemala. In its production process, fermentation lasts as long as 6 days and is divided into two stages. In the second stage, it is based on wild yeast. It is subjected to double distillation in two different stills. The resulting distillate "rests" in stainless steel tanks and is then bottled as a spirit with the strength of 62% vol.

Aroma: Fruity notes, vanilla, mineral accents.

Taste: Pears, apples, bananas, nuts, almonds.

Finish : Medium long, mineral.
