Hee Joy is a line of rums selected and packaged by the French company Hedonist Spirits.

Hee Joy Origins is a blend of molasses-based rums from undisclosed distilleries in three countries – Jamaica, Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago. All of them matured on-site in American bourbon barrels for 3 to 5 years before being shipped to France. They then travelled to Charente Maritime, France, where they were blended and placed in French cognac barrels for a final 4 to 6 month maturation in Chevanceaux cellars.

Aroma: Oak notes, candied fruit, dried fruit, vanilla, cherries, honey, cognac.

Taste : Subtle, delicate and sweet, notes of sugar cane, cane sugar, candied fruit, honey.

Finish : Long, notes of dark chocolate and spices.
