The name Confidential is a reference to the grandfather of one of the company's two current owners, who in his youth was involved in alcohol smuggling in the Basque Country.
Confidential Trinidad Rum is a spirit produced at an undisclosed rum distillery in Trinidad, made with molasses and matured for 4 years in American bourbon oak barrels. First edition, limited to 2530 bottles.
Aroma : Chocolate, coffee, caramel, candied fruit, spices.
Taste : Citrus fruits, vanilla, caramel, cocoa, spices, roasted accents.
Finish : Long, oaky and spicy.
