Graf Spirits & Wine is a French producer of wine and cognac, and more recently of other spirits, including gin and rum. The company is headquartered in the heart of Champagne, on the Segonzac family estate.

The name Confidential is a reference to the grandfather of one of the company's two current owners, who in his youth was involved in alcohol smuggling in the Basque Country.

Confidential Trinidad Rum is a spirit produced at an undisclosed rum distillery in Trinidad, made with molasses and matured for 4 years in American bourbon oak barrels. First edition, limited to 2530 bottles.

Aroma : Chocolate, coffee, caramel, candied fruit, spices.

Taste : Citrus fruits, vanilla, caramel, cocoa, spices, roasted accents.

Finish : Long, oaky and spicy.
