Product description
In 2016 Douglas Laing added another, fifth whisky to its Remarkable Regional Malts Collection.
The Epicurean Lowland Blended Malt is a great addition to the range, which previously included Timorous Beastie (Highlands), Scallywag (Speyside), Big Peat (Islay) and Rock Oysters (Islands). The Epicurean is dedicated to the charismatic Glasgow gentleman, the life and soul of the 1930s party scene, famous for his dislike of empty glasses and love of fun. The whisky is blended from single malts from the Lowlands and bottled at 46.2% abv without chill filtration. In 2016, Douglas Laing & Co. was named the greatest innovator in Scotch whisky by Whisky Magazine.
