Hepburn's Choice is a line of whiskies from the Hunter Laing & Company portfolio, with editions signed by Langside Distillers.

Its subsidiaries. The series is a nod to William Hepburn, the Laing brothers' maternal grandfather, a diplomat and whisky connoisseur. In September 2020, Hunter Laing changed the graphic design of the series, reserving a specific color for the region from which a given release comes. The Miltonduff presented here, distilled in 2009, was aged in two bourbon barrels for 11 years. Their content in 2020 translated into 756 bottles of whisky. Hepburn's Choice editions are single cask or "very small batch" releases bottled at 46% abv, without chill filtration and with a natural color.

Nose: fruity, mixed berries, dried figs and dates, apples, vanilla, yeast cake, caramel, notes of lemongrass and wet chalk.

Palate : fresh, vanilla, caramel with salt grains, milk fudge, apples, nectarines, strawberries, lemon peel, notes of hay and toasted oak.

Finish : medium long, with notes of summer fruits, vanilla, caramel, breakfast cereal, white pepper and oak.
