Hepburn's Choice is a line of whiskies from the Hunter Laing & Company portfolio, with editions signed by Langside Distillers.

Its subsidiaries. The series is a nod to William Hepburn, the Laing brothers' maternal grandfather, a diplomat and whisky connoisseur. In September 2020, Hunter Laing changed the graphic design of the series, reserving a specific color for the region from which the release comes. The Craigellachie presented here, distilled in 2008, was aged in refill barrels and then finished in two wine barrels. In 2020, their content translated into 797 bottles. Hepburn's Choice editions are most often from single barrels and bottled at 46% abv, unchill-filtered and with a natural color.

Nose : delicate notes of wine, strawberries, raspberries, apples, toffee, sweet breakfast cereals, milk chocolate, cashew nuts, a pinch of pepper and oak.

Taste: raisins, multi-berry jam, red apples, salted nuts, toffee, vanilla, allspice, black pepper and a light herbal note.

Finish: medium long, with notes of red berries, milk chocolate, pepper, a touch of leather and oak.
