Product description
Glengoyne is a small distillery with a production capacity of just over one million litres of alcohol per year.
Since 2003, the plant has been owned by Ian Macleod Distillers, which has increased sales of its single malt by 150% in 10 years. Throughout the 20th century, Glengoyne supplied malt distillate to several significant blends, including Cutty Sark, Famous Grouse and Lang's. The 12-year-old version has been in the distillery's offer for years, with about 60% of distillates coming from refill bourbon and sherry casks, the remaining 40% in equal parts from similar casks, but first fill. We add a Glencairn glass with the distillery's logo to the bottle.
