B&E (Breaking and Entering) is a line of whiskeys from the portfolio of Californian St. George Spirits, a craft distillery founded in 1982.

The whiskeys that make up the collection are blended from barrels from the distillery’s warehouses, accessed by Lance Winter and Dave Smith, St. George Spirits’ master distiller and blender. The B&E American Whiskey presented here is a blend of Kentucky and Tennessee bourbons and rye whiskeys, as well as our own single malt aged in first-fill and refill barrels. The Breaking & Entering series debuted in 2011 and is reserved for releases based on whiskeys not distilled entirely by St. George Spirits.

Nose: vanilla pudding, cornflakes, toffee, orange peel, chocolate biscuits, traces of wholemeal, mint and oak.

Taste : vanilla, brown sugar, milk chocolate, salted caramel, buttered wholemeal toast, a hint of dried herbs and oak.

Finish: medium long, with notes of cereal, vanilla, caramel, rye spiciness and oak.
