Ron Canuto 7-letni Ecuador Rum / 40% / 0,7l

The Canuto rum is manufactured in the southern part of the Ecuadorian highlands, in the Zhumir Distillery.

The sugar cane used in its production is cultivated also in the highlands, at an altitude of at least 700 metres above sea level, which adds to the flavour intensity which stands in a perfect contrast with the subtle flavour of the spirit. The distillery is located in the town of Cuenca, at an altitude of nearly 2,5 thousand metres. The seven-year-old Canuto rum is made from sugar cane molasses, is distilled in traditional copper pot stills and matured in American oak casks.

The bouquet of Canuto 7 Años offers notes of vanilla, caramel, fruits of the forest and oak.
