Product description
Millstone single malt comes from the Dutch Zuidam Distillery, built in 1975 by Fred van Zuidam.
Originally, the distillery was equipped with one small still and was supposed to produce top-class spirits, but the first dozen or so years brought more disappointments than successes and only since 1989 have its products found recognition among consumers. Currently, Zuidam has five stills of various capacities and produces 280,000 liters of pure alcohol annually. The Millstone American Oak presented here is a whisky distilled on November 19, 2007, aged in bourbon barrels for over a decade and bottled on February 1, 2018 with an alcohol content of 43%.
