Spirited Union's mission is to combine excellent quality rums with the highest quality botanicals. The distillery operating there conducts bold experiments in distilling rum with the use of botanicals, such as coconuts, pineapples, eucalyptus and citrus. The result is previously unseen combinations of aromas and flavors.

Rum Spirited Union Lemon & Leaf is an agricole rum, made from fresh sugar cane juice, distilled with lemons from the Amalfi Coast, eucalyptus and black tea from Sri Lanka. The whole is complemented with kin bark, pepper and sorghum roots. In its bouquet we will find spicy, citrus, herbal, earthy accents, with a light mint accent.
