Don Julio 1942 A ñ ejo is a tequila created to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Don Julio distillery.

In a process perfected by tequila makers in the highlands of Jalisco, seven-year-old agaves are carefully selected and roasted in traditional stone ovens for 70 hours before being distilled twice in stainless steel stills.

Aroma: Accents of toffee and vanilla, some oak and a hint of agave

Flavor : Caramel, toffee, vanilla, agave, a hint of oak

Finish: Extremely long, with accents of caramel, toffee and vanilla.
