Product description
The Glen Grant Distillery dates back to 1840 and was the first of five distilleries built in Rothes. It was founded by brothers John and James Grant, who had previously been involved in illegal whisky production.
Glen Grant has been one of the most popular single malts for years, at the turn of the century it was second in sales statistics, second only to Glenfiddich. The 1953 Vintage presented here is a whisky distilled in the year of the merger of the Glen Grant and Glenlivet distilleries.
