Product description
The MacPhail's Collection is a series of Gordon & MacPhail whiskeys completed in 2018.
Its core was whiskies from seven distilleries scattered across Scotland, providing a great introduction to discovering the secrets hidden within. These were (starting from the north): Highland Park, Pulteney, Glenrothes, Tamdhu, Glenturret, Bunnahabhain and Glen Scotia. Highland Park is one of two distilleries still distilling in Orkney, with roots dating back to the 18th century. For many, local whiskies are considered synonymous with the highest quality, especially vintage editions. The 8-year-old version of Highland Park from 2000 presented here contains whisky aged mainly in refilled sherry hogshead casks.
