Product description
Compass Box Whisky Company was founded in 2000 by John Glaser, previously marketing director of UDV, the previous incarnation of Diageo.
The company specialises in blended malts and has a great habit of revealing the ingredients that go into their creations. Juveniles Blended Malt is named after the Parisian bistro and wine bar founded by Tim Johnson in 1987. The whisky was first released in 2003, while this limited edition was released in 2018 in a run of 14,894 bottles. It is made from Strathmill aged in hogsheads (34%), Balmenach aged in similar casks (34%), Clynelish aged in re-charred bourbon casks (20%), Clynelish aged in re-filled sherry casks (10%) and Glendullan aged in fresh sherry casks (2%).
