Product description
Cladach, released in 2018, was the second blended malt whisky to be included in Diageo’s prestigious “Special Releases” series (the first being Collectivum XXVIII, a blend of single malts from all 28 working malt distilleries in the group’s portfolio).
“Cladach” (Gaelic for “coast”) is a “non-age-statement” blended malt made from Caol Ila, Clynelish, Inchgower, Lagavulin, Oban and Talisker distillates. The components were aged in first-fill bourbon casks and hogsheads (American oak) and first-fill and refill sherry butts (European oak). Cladach was bottled without chill filtration at 57.1% abv.
