Amuerte is probably the only gin in the world whose formula includes coca leaves. Its creators are Jeroen Reynders and Eveline Tschaika, who traveled the world for over a year in search of ingredients for the "perfect gin".

In the forests of South America, they met many natives chewing coca leaves, and the Wiwa tribe persuaded the couple to taste them. This plant played a huge role in the ancient civilizations of the continent, and was extremely popular with the Incas, who valued its healing and nourishing properties. Amuerte gin breaks away from the usual standards. It is a combination of cardamom, coriander, finer lime (hand-picked in the Natural Park Circeo/Savoie, near Rome) and Sichuan pepper. The harmonious blend offers a pleasant balsamic freshness. The gin is distilled in Belgium and presented in a unique bottle decorated with a gold leaf designed by Havi Cruz and Adrian Dominguez.
