Product description
Redbreast Whiskey debuted in 1939. It was a spirit distilled at the John Jameson & Son distillery in Dublin, bottled and distributed by W. & A. Gilbey.
The Redbreast brand is currently part of the Pernod Ricard portfolio. The whisky is distilled at the Midleton distillery from a mash of equal parts malted and unmalted barley, and matures in bourbon and sherry casks, with a predominance of the latter. The Redbreast Lustau Edition presented here has spent the last year of its maturation in fresh Oloroso sherry casks from Bodegas Lustau and is bottled at 46% ABV.
