Product description
Sestante is a name that sends shivers down the spines of whisky connoisseurs and collectors. The legendary Italian importer (and later bottler) operated in the whisky market from the late 1970s to the early 1990s.
Currently, Sestante editions are considered "white crows" and are in the hands of whisky collectors who are very reluctant to part with them. In 2000, the Silver Seal company was founded, considered the spiritual successor of Sestante. The rights to both brands have been held by Massimo Righi for several years, and one of the whisky lines he offers is called The Sestante Collection. The Springbank 17 years old presented here, distilled in 1992, was added to the Sestante Collection in 2009. The edition consisted of 334 bottles.
