Product description
Auchentoshan (Gaelic for "corner of the field") is the only Scottish distillery where 100% of its production is triple distilled.
The plant has been in operation since 1823, and since 1984 it has belonged to Morrison Bowmore Distillers, currently a subsidiary of the Beam Suntory concern. Auchentoshan Triple Wood debuted in 2002 and remains in the core offer to this day. The whisky is aged in three types of casks: bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry. In 2019, the distillery "rejuvenated" the presentation of three key versions, including Triple Wood, to which the name was added the phrase Rich and Elegant. Auchentoshana 12 years old and American Oak also received new labels.
